Ive been twice, both times the service was great, and fast. If I wasn't moving, I'd continue to use their service. I really enjoy the little extras the techs do, and this last visit I actually missed my appointment, and they still found a way to get me in.

They’ve taken great care of me and my vehicle and each time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. Jay and the entire service department at Classic Volkswagen in Mentor OH are absolutely incredible. They are kind, knowledgeable and quick whenever my Volkswagen needs anything. I couldn’t recommend them more. 5 stars, thank you Jay for all you do.
Only complaint I have with this dealership is the waiting room. If you have to make a phone call take it outside. I was there today and some lady was talking on her phone for over an hour and she was not quite either I could hear everything she said and it just went on and on. I mean it’s dam rude. You want to get on your phone? Either text or go outside. Put up a sign that says that. It’s just rude to have to listen to that.
I will say I live on the westside and the dealers around me just seemed - I’ll just say I wasn’t excited to work with them. Classic happened to have the vehicle I wanted and so I took a chance and drove out there. I was incredibly surprised with the staff at Classic - they exceeded all expectations and they were a breeze to work with. Classic VW did an excellent job staying in touch and helping me out when it took longer than expected by providing a loaner vehicle. When I had questions, they were happy to help answer questions, walking me through the mechanics of what they were fixing.
On-time, warranty extension covered the work, clean facility, knowledgeable staff. Didn't push any upsell for other work.

Great experience with the team at Classic. All the folks we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. The car we wanted wasn’t in their inventory but they did a search and found the exact care while we were traveling out of state. We gave them the approval over the phone and they placed the car on hold until we returned a week later. This was our first experience with this dealership and it won’t be our last.

I have to update my previous review because Joe, the General Manager, completely changed my experience.
After a frustrating situation with my vehicle, I honestly left feeling like I was just going to have to live with the problems. I assumed I'd be stuck making payments on a car I no longer had confidence in while continuing to wait for software updates or searching elsewhere for solutions.

The prices were significantly higher than another dealer in NE Ohio. I got a pricing for 3 things that needed to be done to my car and since the prices were so high, I called another dealer and the prices were about $100 cheaper.
My fiancé and I had some trouble with her Atlas overheating. The team here at Classic really came through for us. The communication was great and Joe was amazing to work with. Can’t thank you guys enough!!!

Poor customer service. I waited in the customer waiting area and they never came to tell me my car was done, they sent me an email! Every other person that was waiting was personally told their car was ready. Why would you send an email

I could not be happier with the service I was given. When I called to make an appointment they were able to get me in right away and getting a loaner was not an issue. They gave me an estimate on when it would take to finish and they still got done ahead of time. This is service I have never experienced before.
