Great experience with the team at Classic. All the folks we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. The car we wanted wasn’t in their inventory but they did a search and found the exact care while we were traveling out of state. We gave them the approval over the phone and they placed the car on hold until we returned a week later. This was our first experience with this dealership and it won’t be our last.

I have to update my previous review because Joe, the General Manager, completely changed my experience.
After a frustrating situation with my vehicle, I honestly left feeling like I was just going to have to live with the problems. I assumed I'd be stuck making payments on a car I no longer had confidence in while continuing to wait for software updates or searching elsewhere for solutions.

The prices were significantly higher than another dealer in NE Ohio. I got a pricing for 3 things that needed to be done to my car and since the prices were so high, I called another dealer and the prices were about $100 cheaper.

Poor customer service. I waited in the customer waiting area and they never came to tell me my car was done, they sent me an email! Every other person that was waiting was personally told their car was ready. Why would you send an email

I could not be happier with the service I was given. When I called to make an appointment they were able to get me in right away and getting a loaner was not an issue. They gave me an estimate on when it would take to finish and they still got done ahead of time. This is service I have never experienced before.

I was notified of the issue which had to be confirmed with Volkswagen. Once the fix was identified it was promptly repaired and delivered back freshly washed. Well done Classic.

They are very precise about what they are going to do and why they are going to do it. They give you options and your choice in the end. They seem to stick to the time and cost estimates.
Doesn't feel like they are making much of an effort to solve problems.. oil changes.. tires.. sure.. but the pesky misfire.. why my automatic wipers stopped working.. all seems a stretch..

I had a battery failure (age) which rendered the car unusable for normal purposes. I called the dealer at 7am and they made room for me immediately. They were also able to add an oil change and inspections at the same visit. Very please.

We recently purchased a new Volkswagen and are extremely satisfied with the process. Our salesperson Sean Palko was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly. We never felt pressured. Sean and the other VW staff were helpful and listened to all of our questions.
